Why do people choose the healing power of sweat?

Sweating is the body’s natural and safe way to eliminate toxins. When your body is well detoxed, your whole body is going to function optimally.

Some of the many benefits include pain relief, reduced stress, weight loss, faster recovery, reduced blood pressure, glowing skin, and more.

Enjoy our private infrared sauna room where you sweat out the stress or pain to recover faster. Heal from the core with a deep detoxifying infrared sauna session. You will leave the sauna feeling relaxed, comfortable, and ready to face the day or head home for a good night of sleep.

About traditional saunas

Traditional saunas solely heat the air around you and operate in excess of 200°F. Steam saunas operate at similar temperatures and are often more uncomfortable due to the humidity of the air. It is easy to overheat and you often leave more fatigued than when you began.

Infrared Saunas Superior

Infrared heat is very gentle. Infrared heat warms the body within you on a cellular level and is effective at a more comfortable temperature, between 100°-150°F, producing a deep sweat composed of 20% toxins as opposed to just 3% toxins with a traditional sauna.

It is up to you since you have a private room. Most clients prefer to go in the nude, while some like to wear workout clothes. Either way, towels must be placed on the bench, and shoes are strictly prohibited. Going nude vs. wearing light clothing will not alter the effectiveness of your sauna session. No matter what you wear in the sauna, wearing loose comfortable clothes to the appointment will always make getting dressed afterwards easy.

Water bottles with a lid are permitted in the sauna cabin. You may bring your own water bottle and we have filtered water and electrolyte packets for nutrient replenishment in the relaxation room. It is important to remain hydrated before, during, and after your sauna session.

We use the industry-leading, infrared wavelengths by Sunlighten to provide an abundance of immune system health and healing benefits. It is certified low EMF to aid in healing.

Our cabins are large enough to comfortably hold two adults.

Our Cabins also feature chromotherapy, or color therapy, and guests can choose from an array of healing color ambiance.

Afterwards is a really wonderful time to allow your skin to absorb moisturizing oils or body butters. So bring your favorites or pick up some of ours to give your skin an extra treat.

If you want to touch up afterwards we recommend bringing your own, deodorant, makeup, and dry shampoo.

You can also cool down in our cold plunge in the next room to give your body the powerful benefits of contrast therapy.

We provide fresh towels and a shower for your convenience!

If able, we suggest not showering for up to an hour afterward, as you will continue to sweat out toxins as you cool down.

Don’t worry. For some people, it takes a few sessions before the body really begins to sweat profusely and the “dams break open,” so to speak. Hydration or lack thereof can also affect the amount you sweat. However, it is important to remember that even if you aren’t sweating, you are still receiving the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. You win no matter what! But chances are strong, you’ll have a great sweat.

Infrared heat is completely safe and healthy for all living things. You can be exposed to infrared light for hours without the risk of burning. Within nature, Infrared is a naturally occurring output of the sun, but does not contain the harmful UV rays associated with unprotected sunlight. Infrared light is used by various physicians and is even used to warm babies in the hospital.

Metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves and thus are not heated by this system. Nevertheless, you should consult your physician prior to using an infrared sauna.

If any of the following conditions apply to you, please consult your physician prior to using our infrared sauna services.

Pregnancy / pacemaker / defibrillator / Uncontrolled high blood pressure / prior heart attack / unstable chest pain / disease of blood vessels / nerve pain in feet or legs / Multiple Sclerosis / recent joint injury < 48 hours

Women who are pregnant, generally should not experience any therapies that excessively raise their core body temperature. Post-birth and during breastfeeding, infrared therapy is typically safe to resume. However, please consult your doctor prior to booking a session if you think infrared sauna could benefit your pregnancy.

We recommend committing to sauna 1-3 times per week. Just like any wellness or fitness practice, you will see greater results the more you do it! That being said, the recommended frequency depends on your individual health and wellness goals, as well as your lifestyle. Many clients customize and incorporate their infrared sauna sessions into their regular routines and post-workouts. Whether it’s once a week, less, or more, we have purchase options to easily integrate infrared sauna sessions into your schedule.
