Compression - Drain

Flush out your lymphatic system to decrease inflammation, encourage weight-loss, improve digestion & remove waste products.

Why do people choose the healing power of compression?

Compression is vital for proper circulation and promotes a lymphatic flush to remove waste products, inflammation, and swelling. When blood flow is healthy, you can function optimally.

Some of the many benefits include improved blood & lymphatic flow, inflammation, recovery time, varicose veins, DOMS, flexibility, pain response, and more.

Experience our private exercise room to incorporate Normatec Pro just like Team USA, Ironman champions, The University of Alabama, Los Angeles Rams, Boston Ballet, and more to enhance blood flow and recovery to give you the competitive edge. You will leave feeling reinvigorated.

Step 3: Enjoy Optimal Living

Our Normatec device will help your lymphatic system drain properly and increase blood flow to ensure your path to optimal living.

Why Normatec?

It’s a dynamic air based compression system that cycles through various zones to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, and enhance blood flow and recovery. It mimics the muscle pump of the legs and arms, to enhance the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the limbs after an intense workout.

The Lymphatic System

The lymphatic system is a crucial part of your immune system. It drains fluid called lymph to be transported back into your bloodstream, removes bodily waste, and carries white blood cells that help prevent infection. If it is not working properly, major complications will arise.

How it Works?

It is activated by a pumping mechanism, so if you are not consistently moving throughout your day lymph will begin to back up, which is not good (think sitting water in a pond). Even if you have a standing job, you can still have impaired lymph flow because gravity causes poor circulation in your legs when you are standing all day. Majority of us need some lymphatic flow assistance, especially after a hard day of training.
