We have a child with sensory issues and understand the need to be in the session with your child!

If the session is for the child only, a parent can accompany the child at no additional cost. 

If the session is for both the parent and child, you are required to purchase a buddy pass. 

If your child is over the age of 14 and you would like, you can wait in the relaxation room during their session. 

Yes and we encourage that! 

Just make sure to purchase your buddy pass at checkout. 

You can purchase a buddy pass for float tanks, IR sauna, contrast, red light therapy, salt booth, and cold plunge!

We accept credit, debit, and other forms of electronic payment. We do not accept cash or checks at this time.

Yes we accept HSA and FSA card payments! We know these services are extremely valuable for your health and want to provide this option for you.

Yes! Because we value and want to support others working in the wellness industry, we offer all wellness workers 10% off our services. This can even be applied towards monthly memberships!

Yes we offer household discounts!

The original family member pays full price. Then we provide 20% off for the second household member, 30% for the third household member, 40% for the fourth household members, etc.

Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the service, so as not to inconvenience other customers and their reserved time slots. Full charges will still be applied even for late start appointments. 

Session time is valuable. We honor your time by being present and reserving that space specifically for you. Please ensure you are ready to commit to yourself and our services before purchasing! Payment is required at time of purchase. 

We require at least a 24-hour advanced notice to reschedule any appointments. Any reschedules made within less than 2 hours may be charged a $15 reschedule fee. If you no-show, you will not be able to reschedule your session and will be charged for the full session.

A courtesy purchase confirmation and 24-hour reconfirmation email will be sent to you.

There are no refunds for cancellations, no-shows, gift cards, credits, packages, or memberships.

You can transfer your services to a gift card if necessary. Please ensure you are ready to commit to yourself and our services before purchasing!

We welcome all ages for our services!

Participants between the ages of 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. In addition, the parent or guardian must be on New Day Healing and Wellness premises for the duration of the minor’s session.

Unfortunately, we do not. As much as we love children here, they are not allowed to be in the session rooms unless they are the ones using the equipment. 

Yes! We can host groups of all sizes for private events! 

Whether you’re celebrating a bachelorette party, mom’s night out, a company retreat, or a special occasion, our private events are an exceptional way to relax, connect, and celebrate with friends and loved ones within the privacy of our entire space.

All of our rooms are private and we provide anything you may need during your time with us. If there is something we do not have, please let us know and we will do our best to provide it for you. Your session includes:

  • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
  • Towels
  • Robes
  • Earplugs
  • Slippers
  • Hair Dryer

For an added experience, we recommend bringing along anything that makes you feel at home. 

It is recommended that you wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing (like fitness attire). Many guests prefer to enjoy the session naturally, removing anything that could unnecessarily stimulate the senses. This is an individual decision, allowing you to be most comfortable during treatment. 

If you are using the cold plunge or float tank, bathing is required prior to treatment. For a detailed description go to your desired services page.

We encourage our guests to eat a healthy meal or snack an hour or two prior to their session.

We recommend drinking more water than usual, as it is possible that your body may become dehydrated during your session. Please refrain from drinking coffee or other dehydrating liquids, which may reduce your overall experience. 

We provide a relaxation room that comes with filtered water, electrolyte packets, mushroom drinks, and organic teas to aide in your experience. 

We have private rooms for each of our services, a retail storefront, two bathrooms, a shower, and a relaxation room that can be used to prepare your body for maximum benefits for your session or to ease back into reality after your session. 

Yes. Your room is private for changing attire. We provide robes and slippers to transition to the restroom or shower if desired. 

We take your health and healing very seriously. Did you know that air inside can be up to 100 times more polluted than outdoor air? That is why we have invested in active pure technology to clean the air in our entire store front. Other air purifiers rely on filters to “trap” contaminants from the air into their filter. Activepure releases molecules into the environment that neutralize pollutants in the air. 

  • ActivePure Technology pulls free oxygen and water molecules in the air through ActivePure’s patented honeycomb matrix.

The safety and cleanliness of our facility is a top priority and in light Covid-19, we have implemented these additional measures to ensure we keep you safe

  • ALL of our water based services are equipped with a 1-micron, advanced filtration system. These systems ensure the highest level of sanitation. 
  • We clean and sanitize all rooms between guests. 
  • We sanitize all other surfaces and key traffic areas in the center throughout the day.
  • All cloth garments continue to be washed after one use at high heat.
  • We’ll have hand sanitizer available for you when you come in and leave.

Yes! While we do have a select number of memberships available, we are fully open to the public as well. We offer a full retail storefront with wellness products for the whole family! 

We cannot show you the rooms due to customer privacy. However, we are more than happy to explain the benefits of all our services! 

Yes! Safety is very important at New Day Healing and Wellness.

In agreement with our waiver, new patients or those who need a refresher must arrive 15 minutes early to be trained on the equipment. Our team is trained on all of the equipment, and will not only guide you through your whole experience, but will make sure you fully understand the benefits as well! 

Yes, we have ample parking available near our store. 

There is no one definitive answer to this question, as there are so many factors in our daily life that cause our body and mind stress. It will also vary depending on your individual needs and goals.

In an ideal world, we would be counteracting these stressors on a daily basis. We know that is not always the case. So we typically recommend that our guests prioritize their wellness at least once a week.  

Scientific research suggests that regular sessions for wellness can significantly improve our mental, physical, and emotional health. Just like other health practices (gym, sleep, diet) when you perform regularly the benefits compound.

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of our wellness plans, and that not everyone is able to come in for regular sessions. For this reason, we suggest that guests plan their sessions several weeks in advance.
